listed-open.homes is a protest site and a pre-launch property portal from Hidden Street. It argues that the two dominant Australian property portals price sellers by suburb (what each market will bear), through upgrade ladders sold via agent marketing packages. It collects email sign-ups and goes live when 100,000 people have signed up. It also collects seller-reported listing-cost quotes by suburb, shown after moderation.
